Dr. Jamie Staton, DC

Dr. Jamie Staton’s passion for sports medicine began in her early years as a competitive cheerleader. After enduring many injuries and suffering from chronic low back pain, she became enamored by the human body and its ability to recover through the support of holistic healers. Upon completing her high school sports medicine class, she knew she wanted to provide this same pain relief to others.

She furthered her education at the University of California, Davis where she received her Exercise Biology BS. During her time at Davis, she had the opportunity to apply her knowledge and develop hands-on skills as an Athletic Training Intern, working with the football and women’s soccer teams. It was these roots that drove her to achieve her Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic West. While at Palmer, she was on the Sports Council Executive Board, which organized chiropractic treatment tents at sporting events around the Bay Area.

Dr. Jamie’s goal is to help her patients get back to doing what they love pain-free whether that is exercise, working from home, or playing with their grandchildren. As a healthcare provider, her intention is to spark the body’s natural healing process. Along with chiropractic manual adjustments, she uses other methods such as Activator, fire cupping, and instrument assisted soft tissue massage

Dr. Jamie can frequently be found running along the waterfront of downtown Benicia. She is an Ironman Triathlete and also loves exploring new cycling trails around the area. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her cat, Gucci Girl.
