Chiropractic Care

20 minute visit including adjustment and possibly other modalities like ultrasound, scraping, and more depending on treatment plan

Fire Cupping

30 min or 1 hour session of muscle scraping and fire cupping to help stimulate circulation, improve range of motion, and reduce pain
